Description

This position is fixed-term role with a contract duration of two (2) years.

• To attend site and run shows as necessary
• Support system checks and Servicing in accordance with O & M and OEM instruction
• Report all system defects accordingly to Venue Team Leader
• Complete and submit daily and monthly reports
• Fill weekly Timesheets
• Support to the Venue Services team in operation of the system
• To liaise with Systems Engineers and other CT teams in relation to systems, systems checks, faults and reporting of failures
• To liaise with clients and relevant FM staff in relation to the day to day running of shows and the venue
• Liaise with Venue team
• Ensure all contract KPI’s are met in time and without breaches
• To attend client’s meetings and briefings as necessary
• Be able to read CAD and line drawings and understand how to fault find AV Systems.
• Be able to terminate cables and understand industry best practices.
• Work as part of a crew or independently with general contractors & freelance staff.
• Troubleshoot either remotely or on-site to resolve technical issues involving integration of multiple equipment, this includes networking, audio, video, and lighting
• Ability to safely use hand/power tools
• Line manage in house and the freelance staff for project support as required
• Develop and maintain working relationships with contractors and suppliers
• Troubleshoot any AV and IT System issues and recommend rectification
• Be able to use relevant technical software for the support and maintenance of technical systems
• Implement and supervise Standard Operating Procedures
• Attend site for inspections, meetings as required
