Description

Responsibilities:

• Develop project specific work plans and supervise other team members
• Line manager the freelance staff for the project and the CT resources
• Develop and maintain working relationships with contractors and suppliers
• Implement and supervise Standard Operating Procedures
• Attend site for inspections, meetings as required
• Attend company and departmental meetings as required
• Deputise for other team members as necessary
• Support the sales team in assessing bids and feasibility of a project
• Manage junior personnel and sub-contractors
• Recommend for and assess performance of a freelance database of additional personnel
• Author and undertake training for company personnel and clients
• Understand and abide by site rules and regulations
• Work as part of a team or independently with general contractors & freelance staff
• Develop AVL drawing packs in AutoCAD, Revit, Vectorworks for required project deliverables
• Assist with pre-installation and rack built activities
• Troubleshoot either remotely or on-site to resolve technical issues involving integration of multiple equipment, across all of the technical disciplines
• Commitment to work within specified deadlines and provide daily field updates either written or orally
• Install technical requirements and resources for all network & AVL requirements
• Ensure adherence to all site conditions and standards during installation including testing & commissioning, test events and handover
• Troubleshoot any AVL and IT System issues and recommend rectification
• Flexible to work across 7 days a week, night and day in a professional construction & event environment
